These terms cover your use of the Asset Catalyst Pivot Points website and the data on it. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What the site is

The site lists scheduled events that can move markets, and adds the published result after each release. It is a planning tool. It is not investment, trading, tax or legal advice, and nothing on it is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Trading with leverage can lose more than you put in.

Accuracy

Dates, times and figures are gathered from the publishers and other sources linked on each row. Publishers move releases and revise numbers, and we can make mistakes. Rows marked as estimates are projections. Check the publisher before you act on any date or figure. The site is provided as it is, without any warranty that it is complete, correct or available at a given moment.

What you may do

You may view the site and use what you read for your own trading, research and planning. You may quote a small number of entries with a link back to the site.

What you may not do

• Collect the calendar data by automated means, including scrapers, bots and scheduled downloads of the data files.
• Copy, republish, sell, sublicense or redistribute the calendar or a substantial part of it, in any format.
• Use the data to build or feed a competing calendar, data feed, alert service or dataset.
• Frame or mirror the site, or present it as your own.
• Share an access key, or use one that was not issued to you.
• Interfere with the site or try to get around its access controls.

Ownership

The selection and arrangement of the calendar, the notes, impact ratings and result records, the site's design and code, and the Asset Catalyst Pivot Points name are ours. The underlying dates and figures belong to their publishers. These terms give you permission to use the site as described above and nothing more.

Paid access

Some calendars may be offered to subscribers through an access key. A key is personal to the subscriber it was issued to. We may suspend a key that is shared or used to collect data in bulk.

Email sign-up

If you leave your email address, we use it only to contact you about this site. Ask us to remove it at any time and we will.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that result from using the site or relying on anything on it, including trading losses and losses caused by a wrong or late date or figure.

Changes

We may change the site or these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
